By accessing or using the FreshBajaar website at freshbajaar.in, mobile experience, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

The Platform is owned and operated by THINGSLAB INTERNET SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in India ("FreshBajaar", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms are an agreement between you and THINGSLAB INTERNET SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED.

FreshBajaar is an online marketplace, owned and operated by THINGSLAB INTERNET SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, that connects buyers directly with local farmers and sellers for the purchase and pre-booking of fresh produce. FreshBajaar facilitates the transaction between buyers and sellers but is not itself the grower or seller of the produce listed on the Platform, except where explicitly stated.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account and use the Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and placing orders.

• Placing an order or pre-booking a product on the Platform is an offer to purchase that is subject to acceptance and fulfillment by the relevant seller.
• Pre-booked items are dependent on seasonal availability, harvest conditions, and stock. Estimated availability dates shown on the Platform are indicative and may change.
• FreshBajaar reserves the right to cancel or adjust any order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without prior notice. Payments made through the Platform are processed via third-party payment gateways, and by making a payment you also agree to the applicable terms of that payment provider.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the order status and the seller's policies at the time of cancellation. Where a refund is due, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Perishable goods that have already been dispatched or harvested for a specific order may not be eligible for cancellation.

Delivery timelines shown on the Platform are estimates and may vary due to weather, harvest schedules, logistics, or circumstances beyond FreshBajaar's control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, interfering with its normal operation, uploading harmful code, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

All content on the Platform, including the FreshBajaar name, logo, text, graphics, and software, is the property of THINGSLAB INTERNET SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreshBajaar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform or any products purchased through it. FreshBajaar's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

FreshBajaar may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that FreshBajaar deems harmful to the Platform, other users, or sellers.

FreshBajaar may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
